Executive Director: Serves as the Chief Volunteer of the organization and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Tiny Tots Indoor Playground. Responsible for answering the main phone line and delegating responses as needed. Works with the Board of Directors to achieve the organization’s mission. Replaces and orients board members when a vacancy arises.
Board Secretary: Maintains records of the board and ensures effective management of organization’s records including the member roster, the liability waiver and enrollment forms. Takes and distributes meeting minutes to members.
Calendar Coordinator: Responsible for maintaining the member duty calendar listing open/close/sub responsibilities.
Volunteer Coordinator: Responsible for tracking volunteer hours. Manages the duty reminder program.
Communications Coordinator: Administers Tiny Tots web site and yahoo groups communication system. Distributes monthly eTimes newsletter.
Finance Manager: Develops the annual operating budget. Maintains general ledger and record-keeping system. Handles insurance and tax related concerns. Develops and maintain internal controls and financial policies/procedures. Responsible for administrating the member scholarship program.
Operations Manager: Coordinates member activities and events, including periodic member forums to encourage member feedback. Responsible for stocking toys, name tag supplies, Tiny Tots forms and flyers. Schedules toy cleanings.
PR/Marketing Manager: Develops and implements communication and media strategies that ensure full membership, including special promotions, local advertising and social networking. Develops and distributes marketing materials (fact sheets, flyers, board of director biographies, mission statement, and press kit) as appropriate. Oversees public web site content. Schedules and orients greeters for open houses.
