Enrollment Payments

Tuition for the 2017-2018 term is due before the first day of the term in mid-September, or (for late registration) the first day that your family comes to play. The full year’s tuition can be paid by credit card, check card, or debit card online through our Square payment system. You may also pay by check or cash on site; contact us to make arrangements!

Before you pay, please make sure you’ve registered and received a welcome note from our membership coordinator.

Our current rate is $135 for the full year (which breaks down to $45 per term). This rate was set by the Board of Directors after reviewing our income and expenses for the current year. What does this money go toward? Mostly rent and insurance expenses. Our annual Financial Report is available to members at the end of each year.

We do not pro-rate our terms, but you can join at any time. Payments are taken through Square, a secure online payment processor.

If you’re ready to join but don’t think you can afford the full tuition right now, get in touch with our finance coordinator to talk about payment plan options or available partial-year scholarships.

As of January 1, 2016, all new membership payments are non-refundable after 30 days and/or once the membership term has started.
